What to Expect From KYNS Session.
This guided KYNS session takes place online, so you can participate from the comfort of your own space. Please set yourself up somewhere quiet, safe, and private where you won’t be interrupted.
At the start of the session, you’ll be walked through exactly what to expect. You are in control of the process the entire time — nothing will be forced, and you choose the pace and intensity that feels right for you.
There’s no requirement to share personal stories or details of any triggering experiences. This work isn’t about retelling the past — it’s about tuning into the present, reconnecting with your body, and gently exploring your nervous system responses. With clear guidance and support, you’ll be invited to notice, feel, and shift — all at your own pace.
